Is there any payment needed upfront?
No. You only pay after the clean is complete and you've checked the walkthrough. All we need is 2 minutes and your preferred date.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your visit. Life happens; we get it.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the affected areas free of charge. Our ratings are built on this promise.
