The terms that apply when you book with us
Last updated: 2026. By booking a service with CleanProMax, you agree to these terms.
1. Our Services
CleanProMax provides professional cleaning services including end of tenancy, domestic, deep, commercial, carpet, and window cleaning. All prices shown are starting prices; your final quote is confirmed after we assess your requirements.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting the booking form is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will contact you to confirm your booking and agree a date and time. A booking reference is issued once your request is received.
3. Prices and Payment
Quoted prices are subject to the size and condition of the property. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Re-Cleaning Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge.
5. Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe access to the property and to make us aware of any hazards or items requiring special care before work begins. We accept no liability for damage caused by pre-existing defects.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.
7. Liability
Our services are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
