Good to Know Before You Book
Is there any payment needed upfront?
No upfront payment is required to book. Payment is due on completion of the service, before our team leaves the property. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — free cancellation or rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may incur a charge to cover the team's reserved time.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Contact us within 48 hours with specific details about what wasn't satisfactory, and we'll return to re-clean the affected areas free of charge. The guarantee covers our agreed scope of work — it doesn't apply to areas or tasks outside the original booking.
